I think the gist of the question is: What would they do with this great wealth that they have not managed to do in the last 300,000 years ? And I have an extra question, how would this have any impact on them having an unsustainable birth rate well in excess of any other country and how would it contribute to helping the problem of over population and ecological vandalism ? A lot of Chinese "aid" is in return for mineral rights and access to emerging markets for its goods. Nothing wrong with that.......maybe we should try it !
