Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

caramalised Korean.................the burnt stuff is the sugars in the sweet chilli sauce what i made....when you crunched into it ...it was an explosion of tastes

You don’t have to explain yourself , everyone leaves something in too long ,now and then … I believe the correct terminology is burnt to feck .. does look nice though

right ...i will tell the truth...normally i shove the sqewers under the grill....but the grill is soooooo slow to heat up ..so i thoght...what if i jack the oven up to 210degs  and stick them in....so thats what i did for 20 mins ...which was a bit too long...but sill tasted great........next time i will wrapthem in foil so it will steam them first then turn the oven up and unwrap them to crisp them off.............

Just get an airfryer … game changer for one person meals , hardly ever use George Forman or the oven now .

Got two air fryers,one of the original ones and a newer one with the drawers,ninjas I think?Excellent.

Had a really nice meal listening to a live jazz singer at lunch.

Lately i've been buying large Chickens then cutting them in half and freezing the other half as theres only two of us.
