Done this with my lad last night.. sirloin steak on a Cold Noodle Thai salad.. made a sesame, soy, honey and lime dressing, all the usual Thai flavours was really good

Slow cooking this leg today, the lad is making a Chocolate Torte for dessert.. weekend dad and son cooking... take it while I can lol

Homemade meatballs / burgers …. Mince, onion ,egg salt and pepper shallow fried 

co-op crinkle chips air fryer ,mushy peas microwave..

those mushy peas are looking perilously close to, if not actually touching, those chips!

Just started touching as took pic  , twenty seconds later ,pea tide pushed back …. Nothing to panic about , Chips didn’t absorb nothing … alls good..
