ditchman 4,151 Posted yesterday at 20:25 Report Share Posted yesterday at 20:25 forthcoming attractions bought a roll of brisket off the co-op eat now or die shelf....it looked very aenemic...and not well hung like me...so i rolled it in english dried herbs and black pepper and maldon salt...put it on a rack in the fridge and forgot about it for a few days cut it into 3 this evening...and it looks good colour and smells nice will do 3 recipes 1. malasian curry with spuds (slow cooker) 2. Hungarian goulash (slow cooker) 3. beef casserole/stew....with red wine spuds carrots onions etc..(slow cooker) looking forward to this next week 4 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
