Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Cod loin in panko breadcrumbs with butter baked hasselbacks ( they were ridiculous, I could feel my arteries closing up as I was eating them) and grilled asparagus last night

and I did a chicken dinner today but I was too hungry to take a picture

Old time skool food...havnt had it for years

curried mince&mash with loads of sultanas in it.....made a shed load of it ..froze the other half so i will have it over a plate of chips when i dont feel like cooking

it was bloody georgeous...
