Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Gas or electric cooker 8 hrs thats a long time hope everyone was patient because our youngest brother would be a total pain in the arse asking whinning eating crap and crisps throwing his toys out of the pram our dog would be barking and whining while the rest probably would peel the spuds and sort out the veg and carry on with other little jobs around the house

it said on the packet "Korean style vedge"......and i made a sauce which was Korean style to cook the pork in..

sounds better made in Market Drayton...

That’s my number one dish …. Say thank you to wifey .. I’m doing them tomorrow..When did they change from homemade meatballs ( as I’ve always known them )  to smash burgers ? You’re more down with it than me mate 😂…. And I love crinkle cut chips 👍..

It's Borr's description of small homemade burgers and they were bloody lovely. Crinkly chips are quite a new thing in our house as I usually do triple cooked Maris piper homemade chips. But them crinkly one are really nice if done in a chip pan. You have to dunk them for about two minutes then get them out and bring the oil up to 180c again.

Ahhh …. Just there’s a burger chain under the same name as well lol crinkle cut under the Air fryer 16 mins … no chance of falling asleep and having a kitchen fire lol .( I know deep fried taste better )
