It's Borr's description of small homemade burgers and they were bloody lovely. Crinkly chips are quite a new thing in our house as I usually do triple cooked Maris piper homemade chips. But them crinkly one are really nice if done in a chip pan. You have to dunk them for about two minutes then get them out and bring the oil up to 180c again.
