Just me and her today so couple of chunks of short rib in tubby toms rub on for an hour then some pork belly in a jerk glaze later beef is being doused in scrumpy cider at 10 min intervals

Pressed a few pineapples and some other bits for fresh juice....used the left over pulp...and made a sponge/cake thingy....taste banging, lovely and moist

I’m going through another curry phase at the minute so tonight masala chicken peaked my interest, it was lovely and I’ll definitely be making it again

now that looks nice an' tasty....( i would be tempted to have a bit of clotted cream with that)
