ditchman 3,603 Posted August 8 Report Share Posted August 8 bit of an experiment today...American East coast chowder..........turned out fine and i enjoyed it.....but it has too many ingredients which spoilt the simplicity...of the original dish......the Scottish Cullen skink.....which is supreme looking thro' reciepes for the american version im gobsmacked at the number of different versions.....some even have Paprika in it.......
