Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Mate, your meals remind me of my old girl making me sandwiches when I was growing up...I'd get the same thing everyday for 3 months at a time🙈🤣👍

Its the natural way with the seasons and whats available at the time of year, especially when you grow runner beans😆

I havnt done it for years but you cant beat taking it from the garden, cooking and eating it knowing youve grown it yourself.

bit of an experiment today...American East coast chowder..........turned out fine and i enjoyed it.....but it has too many ingredients which spoilt the simplicity...of the original dish......the Scottish Cullen skink.....which is supreme

looking thro' reciepes for the american version im gobsmacked at the number of different versions.....some even have Paprika in it.......

KISS......keep it simple stupid...........Cullen skink reigns supreme after hundreds of years
