Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Same as omelette just not folded over...although it's usually eggs and cream mixed rather than just eggs...you can put any filling in...

Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner - hot or cold.  I have this 3-4 times per week - any filling goes, my favourite is salmon, garden peas and red onion.

I think this could be one of the nicest things I’ve ever made ( presentation still needs work ) i went for Roe loin with hasselbacks, tender stem and I picked a few brambles where I was working earlier so made a balsamic vinegar and bramble reduction ( sauce )

I did her garlic and thyme chicken breast with creamy leeks
