Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Only staff should eat in the kitchen , you shouldn’t mix with the riffraff , that’s what your dining room is for .

Would “wifey. Mrs A , your better half , be willing to disclose her recipe mate ?

FD Wifey used this recipe but used more Cod than Potato. She used Cod Loin and Tartar sauce from a jar. Also did then in the frying pan till they had some colour then in the oven for a while.

Oh Panko bread crumbs from Morrisons .

Try Angela Nilsen's best ever fishcakes. She went in search of perfection and the results are flakey, golden, and filled with delicious fish. Serve with green salad...
