Have a scroll down to the bottom of the page... it might have the option to change the theme.

Well not both same but still a blue(?) Band at top and can't see notification icon etc very well as I'm colour blind.

Mine's still got a lot of the blue and white but it's less piercing on the retinas on the THL option with the green.
