dodger 2,711 Posted March 8, 2020 Report Share Posted March 8, 2020 (edited) Union is more tactical your right there pal but league is a lot more skilful as well as being a faster game all round union is slowed down a lot and so many points obtained by penalties but as you say they are both very different union sure has gained a lot of popularity in recent years n rightly so, I like it a lot more than I did internationally anyway but still doesn't compare to league for me. I love league been to grand final for years and admire what union as taken from league but fitness and skill sets in union are a lot higher just recently went to a gentleman’s evening with a certain Shaun Edwards and he said these union boys now are a different animal most could play league easily rugby league you stay on your feet no scrumming no rucking mauling the only thing league as is high shots atb Quote Link to post Share on other sites
