as a kid whippet lurchers were all I knew ,most were crossed with any old cur ,but all did a tidy job, and all pups were bought and sold locally same with ferrets and pigeons ?

Jigsaw on here bred it mate, half x kelpie greyhound, there’s a thread in lurcher sention called kelpie as stud dog👍

Honestly, he's great fun easy to have about, great when there plenty of scent about, probably prefers feather to fur , but mice stand no chance lol. Abroad he managed cats vipers and owl and pigeon and that was in the garden...wouldn't say he's a great rabbit/fox busher though.
