mackem 29,132
Some people understand, some don't,and some never will.Hunters plough millions of quid into conservation, without the cash animals in some regions will disappear, how much cash does ricky Gervais piers morgan or the rest of the hippy-dippies contribute each year,do they dig deep in their pockets or just contribute with ridiculous statements? 4

Greyman 30,588
Nice to see a balanced argument, though sadly it won’t make any difference, I,m personally not a fan of trophy hunting but I am a fan of allowing people to make there own decisions without the influence of others who may disagree, there are rights and wrongs on both sides but when one side try,s to force there views and opinions on others it becomes a problem ???? Born Hunter 17,846
Bubye Valley Conservancy. If you aren't aware of this you really have no place opposing the hunting-conservation model. Reality is, and this goes for many 'hunters' too, folks are primarily against it because of the fantasy they have in their heads of what a 'trophy hunter' is. Usually having never met one in their lives. 1

But just like your Ricky gervass won’t be reading that to try and understand you,You won’t want to read what he has to say, it’s not about the pro,s and cons of the game it’s about respecting other people’s rights to play the game if they want to, the internet generation are just a little bit quick to jump on anyone,s arguments and be offended by things that have absolutely nothing to do with them and it’s very easy to whip up a screaming crowd of supporters who support anything they are told to support, row your own boat and sleep with your own conscience and we,ll all get along a lot better

I actually have to go and find them myself, which I have done. I accept that trophy hunting isn't perfect and there are many examples of it not being as positive as is portrayed. There are also many examples of how trophy hunting practices have adapted to the research to stay on the right side of the science.

I understand and agree mate, but as is shown on here every week folk are easily angered over stuff that doesn’t matter to them or have any bearing to there life but once generated it’s also easy to direct that anger at an individual or group of individuals you don’t agree with, it’s how a minority have controlled the majority for decades mate
