Certain aspects of the Hunting Act (which isn't just about foxes) lays down rules about the way you can hunt the fox, and other animals. If you took the time to digest it or looked back at the number of hunts and massive support for them over the Christmas/new year period you will find there are plenty of legal way to hunt! are you saying that hunting foxes with a pack of dogs is legal? I didn't see mass arrests under the Hunting Act at the many, and VERY well attended Hunts (both participants and spectators) over the Christmas period! The Act was put together to get a few votes and keep a vocal minority quiet, I've had numerous clients call me with fox issues thinking they are protected under the Act and I can't kill them!
