ftm 3,357 Posted September 15, 2018 Report Share Posted September 15, 2018 Me and Ian went out local again today and rather than stick with the rapids for the day Ian brought a couple of shotguns with him I shot 2 bandits and a rat with the rapid with Ian dropping a wòody from 3/4way up a pylon with his rapid .we left 1st farm and ten min drive to another and we noticed a lot of crows on a newly drilled field so we set a hide up between 2 large trailers and stuck a few crow decoys out and the fun began with the shotguns a few ferals showed up and we stuck one on a flapper and it worked a treat . Our rule of thumb is to use the rapids if anything lands among the decoys rather than blow it to bits with shotgun and true to our word a few feras lay where they landed. Farmer turned up and was well pleased as the crows had been on the field a few days 10 Quote Link to post
