One that I've cooked myself !

that is the worst joke i've seen on any thread.

That's just the paste Walshie you have to then cook meat and veg etc and add the portions depending on how much you make.   I have one recipe where you dry fry peppers and onions till they are reall

Jalfrezi but we make our own and they are miles nicer than anything you can buy from their shops

 

Check these recipes out, when you make it you get an egg box, line it will clingfilm and you end up with 6 portions which you can then freeze.

You must mean an ostrich egg box, surely? 6 portions in one box? Nah! :no:

I have one recipe where you dry fry peppers and onions till they are really black and charred, you peal the charred bits off and cut it up and add in the paste and cooked meat

 

Its a great little trick he came up with and you can just take them out the freezer when you need them.
