Women are already treated equally, they DO earn the same money for doing the same job despite the BS the MSM pump out. Women are more likely to go to University, they are more likely to get employment and women under the age of 30 on average earn m ore than men. This is in the UK and USA. I thought you were all about rigidly sticking to the original definitions of words describing political movements and beliefs I know plenty of feminists that campaign against FGM? Another bleating 'right on' liberal to55er ! Its hard to listen to someone ask you for money on TV when you know they go home to a massive house / swimming pool and constant parties Maybe my memory is just terrible but I don't remember rich celebs telling us mere mortals how to think and acting with such contempt years ago. The likes of Clooney, Lily Allen and Cumberbatch spring to mind yet I'm still pretty sure none of them have taking a single refugee in to their own homes. Ive said it a million times before .I watched children in need or some other charity style tv show before and Bono was lying on his bed at home , with his wife and multiple kids . All lounged around chatting about how much they need to raise the money . It dawned on me how much that bed must have cost for it to be the size for fit everybody on comfortably . The bedroom was ornate and stunning and massive . And he wants me to give cash . Really gets on my nerves . I think most would put more money in if they had the real people dealing with problems on a daily basis giving us the low down on why and how much they need the money. Not some acter using his skills (crying , looking upset) to gain sympathy . I dont care what people like that think . I do care what dawn from torquay who has been at the thick end of it for the last 6 months and is covered in sweat and sores helping the unfortunate out thinks . Women like Christine Hoff Summers is an old school feminist and often has to deal with these triggered children at universities. She would be the first to say there is no patriarchal oppression in the West, western women are not oppressed and do not face serious bias in modern life. It was only when 'gamergate' happened that these rancid extremist loonatics became exposed, they're the ones I am talking about and the term has now been hijacked, most women (statistically) will not describe themselves as feminist anymore because they don't want to be associated with fat, blue haired, man hating bulldykes. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
