Hopefully they never meet as it would be the beginning of the end for both sports.........if they did meet it wouldnt even be competitive.

So do you think Conor Mcgregor knows something about boxing that Pacquiao,De leHoya,Castillo,Moseley,Alvarez,Cotto etc etc didnt know about boxing ?

would you fancy a scrap in a caravan park for a hundred yoyos, a 3 legged horse a cart with a wonky wheel and a back full of nettle stings and crustys shite stained doc leaves? Or would you rather fig

I think both would win in the own sport's. Floyd would wipe the floor with conor at boxing and conor would destroy floyd at mma, he would take it straight to the ground and mayweather would be done.

But for 25m i wouldnt mind loosing either way.

What you mean mate?

From everything I've read (and I'm no expert in mma or boxing) mayweather will hammer him boxing . It will be 100% one sided and McGregor will get a pasting .

McGregor is the massive star if UFC . I don't understand business wise why Dana white would sanction his best product being embarrassed on such a big stage . The only winner would be the mayweather camp

Like I said I may be wrong but that's how I see it

I think it's a setup that floyd would win a round then mcgregor would break rules and have a bit of a maul on floor before been separated then get disqualified and both would be coming out of fight with reputations intact and a big media circus to generate revenue. You can be sure that both are intelligent men and wouldn't get caught out doing something as stupid as fighting the other at their game this is a WWE style circus where grown men are like kids waiting for the outcome. Mayweather has already appeared in WWE stunts and cares more about money than respect for boxing and mcgregor can see the potential to jump on the gravy train.

Mayweather fought 500 pound wrestler bigshow in WWE and won. Knocked him out actually ffs it's a laughing stock of organised choreography and mcgregor will be no different it's bad news for both sports to be taken seriously for the future. How many people will start questioning are all the boxing world title fights a soap opera too. UFC already hand pick fights ignoring rankings for money the sport is going down the toilet.

I think Mcgregor is a very charismatic and likeable lad its not difficult to see why he has risen in popularity so quickly......but ultimately he is just a fighter.......he is the best stand up boxer type i have seen in that sport but he is still light years away from Mayweather.......put him in with a top 10 rated boxer and see how he fairs before taking the public for idiots and creating a huge fighting event based on 1 mans fighting prowess and the other mans charisma.....my bet is he wouldnt be competitive with any top 10 boxer let alone one of the best ever.
