USA are the real bad guys

the Russians would win easy if everyone had your attitude lol . If I had a terrier with your attitude it be backfill ?

So you want to live under martial law like north korea. Nazi germany and all those other military junta states. Yea well see how that turned out for them!   I will agree our system needs an overha

LOL, they could open up whatever they want on those old tin cans, one of our Destroyer escorts is capable of handling it. They do mock attack runs on NATO ships too. It's something like that that would start a hot war.

Wonder if it was a coincidence that I saw a Typhoon doing acrobatics over the skies of Lincolnshire yesterday evening. Not a common sight where I was and it made me wonder.

When I lived in Linc's I would see Tornadoes, AWACS, Herc's, Red Arrows and Vulcan regularly and the odd Harrier and F-15 but the Typhoons are just a little out the way and I'm not there daily anyway. Just unusual seeing a Typhoon in that area. I often wonder why our jets don't have an anti shipping role seeing as we only have a poxy 19 surface combatant ships. Be a five minute job for them flattening the ageing Russian Northern Fleet. LOL

@born no idea what these jets are. Im assuming they are typhoons. Wasn't the harrier scrapped?

Make some f***ing noise and most of the time cant even see them for the mist covering the ben.

There a video on youtube of a RAF training plane (hornet maybe?) The pilot filmed the highlands from the cockpit. Passes over my village

The Typhoons covering the North are based at Lossiemouth but I think there are Tonkas there too. Every Typhoon I've ever seen has been in the clouds whereas most Tonkas fly just above your roof, lol, and in pairs making a hell of a racket. Dunno if that helps ya.

Yeah the Harrier went ages ago but it was based just south of me in my youth so saw it a bit.

Just read that recently our Typhoons have been training with our Destroyers in a maritime role so maybe he was up there to assist with the Russians. Feck knows.

The Russian carrier was built in 1995, but is ww2 technology. It's steam driven, and what the hell was it burning, small coal ??? It's escorts are of a similar vintage. Just compare them with the yanks nuclear powered, nuclear armed carriers, or our destroyers, they would last minutes in an all out war. Just the media trying to scare us with the big, bad, Russian bear.
