Only slight issue i have with mine is a few cracks in the leather despite using the hanwag boot wax after I had run out of the hanwag aerosol boot waterproofer though the boots are still 100pct waterproof. Been wearing them for beating/picking up 4 days a week mate , I’m happy with them 1 Quote Link to post

About £120 for splitrock but worth ten times a DeWalt or similar, I've large feet anyway, so spend a bit on boots if it lessens the pain , stand most of day welding or whatnot it's still a massive relief to get my Keens on at end of day , I was wearing them on previous job but on this it wouldn't be safe plus I'd get red carded before tea break. Tims have a whole section of workwear and boots in the hardware and construction stores,I actually thought the dealer style look decent. 3 Quote Link to post

I've got the second ones down for casual wear. Never fancied dealer boots myself, and they're banned on sites in UK as a safety boot style , a mate of mine got into arguments with a safety guy regards his dealer boots, it ended with a shouting match and threats of red cards etc , my mate drew laces on them with a marker pen and wore them to the end of the job. 2 Quote Link to post
