Shame they cannot get the cheek riser from the poly stock worked into the wood stock PS. if your missing your old raider that much I'll lend you mine 10xs in .177 though Edited August 28, 2016 by Durham John 1 Quote Link to post

philpot 5,122
The big question Jimmy, is the new raider as good as the one which you loved so much. If it is, then you know what you would be buying and know that it compared with your HW100 so the decision is not so big, both will work for you, it is just a case of which do you prefer. I think I would be a little nervous getting rid of the HW in case the Raider is not quite as you remembered it. The ideal situation is to get the Raider and try it out, if okay, sell the HW. villaman 9,982
Why the hell get rid of a gun which shoots fantastic and you said before the HW100 is going no where . "Grass looks greener on the other side " comes to mind , DON'T DO IT YOU TWAT 3 Quote Link to post
tomburras 2,730
Follow your heart The oldschool desighn of the raider works amazing for example just like the excalibure/rapier, fx2000 and fn19. Would love to hear how it performs. Are the new ones based on the old design? Or are they regulated? Anyway the old raiders and their variants are shit hot surely they can only make the newer one better? 1 Quote Link to post
treecreeper 1,136
Doesn't always work like that, it should do but hence the term they don't make them like they used too. The old webley springers being prime example Edited August 28, 2016 by treecreeper 2 Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,568
Hmmmm , Maybe changing the calibre to .177 and the gun staying a HW 100 S would be the one for you mate ? atb p.s. The Raiders gets no write ups at all compared to the 100`s Mac, - they can`t " all be wrong" can they ? 2 Quote Link to post
