I don't know whether the people boycotting the oscars actually thing the committee are racists or that they purposefully didn't choose blacks because they don't like blacks . But isn't it the same people that have recognised black actors in the past like Morgan freeman etc. Can't just nominate black people because of their colour as that takes away the whole point of the oscars . Maybe , just maybe in the last 2 years there hasn't been many great films that starred a black man .
