Had a walk out Saturday teatime with the dogs , middle of know where got lost in the stunning views when without a second thought walked onto a little track with a lite snow cover when I slipped arse over tit landed on my right hand side , as I laid in pain seeing stars blade came and lade besides me then Molly was licking my face trying to get me moving but they were both wide eyed and ears down , pulled myself up notice blood all over in the snow post-74118-0-58712100-1453101762.jpeg

As you say pal could of ended a lot worse than it did  reminder to us all of the importance of letting someone know where we're headed with the dogs so if something happens and we don't come back they can come and find us.

Hope you're not feeling it too bad today and you have a speedy recovery

Thanks for all your kind words and support, it's a thing you never think about but sometimes as proven by me it happens.

Still suffering with a headache, shoulder , elbow wrist and my pride has a dent in it apart from that life is good

Again thanks for your kind words of support
