jukel123 9,652
Fury can be a dick, but is it just me or is there some sort of bullying campaign against him following his win over Klitschko? Lots of Catholics, Muslims, Mormons Jehovas witnesses have similar views to Fury with regard to homosexuality and abortion . I hate the idea of abortion myself but am not religious. Why has he been singled out for a hate campaign? Nobody mentioned the fact that Klitschko blatantly head butted Fury in their match but he acted with dignity and continued to follow the rules of the sport. Even David Haye has criticised Fury for bringing the sport into disrepute. David Haye that great ambassador for the sport who, on live television hit a fellow boxer with a bottle in his hand and then threw over a camera tripod injuring his own trainer. What a great example for youngsters! It was always drilled into youngsters in my day to put down your glass or bottle before engaging in fisticuffs. Fists bruise, glasses and bottles disfigure. The media have decided to crucify Fury. OK his antics are embarrassing sometimes , but give the guy a break. He's had a tough upbringing, one of fourteen kids with only four surviving and a dad who hammered his mother and fathered several children up and down the street according to Fury. Give him some credit, leave him alone-he's achieved the pinnacle of being heavyweight champion of the world even if the division has become Mickey Mouse. He's not the sharpest tool in the box and often makes an arse of himself, but plenty of others say and do worse things than him. Rant over. CushtyJook 1,097
Regardless of his views the man has just beat a boxing super champion that no British man has managed to beat and deserves credit

I'm not the mans biggest fan but you can't deny the media is out to paint him in a bad light.. Definitely a witch hunt against him..Its not about likes. Its about bringing the game into disrepute. And no heavyweight champion of the world should be doing what he is doing. Fury won plain and simple and I was probably the first person to congratulate him. But to do what he is doing is disgusting in my opinion.

Know what I mean. what about past champions behaviour..eg Mike Tyson..convicted rapist..still loved to death and didn't he bite a fellow boxers ear off?? There has been many many past champions with worse mouth than fury but it seems the media are just out to get him.. AJ is convicted drug dealer but the media love him.. I like him too as a fighter but why doesn't he get the bad press?

AKA-BRINDLE 879
At least he behaved himself when he went over there to do the job...unlike Chisora who spat on Klitschko and Haye who wore that silly t-shirt with picture of the brothers decapitated...ran like a cur in the ring and made un- sporting pathetic excuses...no the media would welcome those lads to come again...think what the public really want is some black uncle tom that a millionaire can lead by the nose like a prize bull and do and say what hes told to by his PR people Edited December 8, 2015 by AKA-BRINDLE
