YES British Columbia has alot of anti pressure with a lot of major organizations set up to stop hunting. It is really unfortunate .. As for the the most hunt friendly state in the US I am not sure as I am from Canada My apologies I am yet to travel to USA, south America or Canada, hence my ignorance of where British Columbia is.
