BGD 6,437
Under the new laws on dangerous dogs if your dog attacks a HCEO carrying out their lawful business on your property you're in some serious trouble
j j m 6,609
So your dog could not protect you then
BGD 6,437
So your dog could not protect you then Under the new laws attacks that happen on private property are treated the same as attacks that happen in public, the law wouldn't see it as your dog protecting you because the HCEO had a lawful right to be on your property. You can bet the court would throw the fecking book at you if your dog had attacked one of their officers too

You think the media would side with the owner of a dangerous dog that doesn't pay their debts over the bailiffs? You've got more faith in the media than I do that's for sure.
