shaaark 11,270
Didn't say they'd be lacking in anything, was just pointing out that it doesn't matter if sire or dam is greyhound. As max said, theoretically, end result is the same Quote Link to post

brenner 773
Ive saw a few wheaton xs work and ive owned dogs with wheaton in there blood but ive never saw any difference between them and a bull x to be honest I know the best straight wheatons come from ireland and there kept between the lads who use them and its hard to get hold of a decent 1 unless your in the know if you get what i meanI was told by a wheaten enthusiast a few years back that it's hard enough to get a descent one nowadays even if you're in the click. The failure rate in litters of well bred wheatens he told me was fairly high. On the flip side, where I live you could travel a short distance in any direction to find a good well bred p.b.t stud. mighty celt 996
i no a lad bred first cross wheaten grey, the dam was a grey about 26,wheaten stud 19,pups didnt make any size bitches 17 and dogs 19 i think,so no matter what way you do it there is no guarantee your going to get a decent size pup.
