Thanks This is my very simple recipie.. Empty bottle ,,,fill with sloes up to about 1/3 up,,,no more than half way,,,now i add sugar,,,not loads,,I just pour it in and let it fill the gaps between the berrys,,,,then top up with gin,,vodka,,or whatever .....
