I'd ask him why he wants to use paypal. Could be something as simple as he could pay by credit card if he did and be covered if he had any problems with the truck.

I'd still do a bit of checking though.

And don't forget PP charge you a percentage too.

I've never had a problem with PayPal buying or selling... As long as the funds are cleared and in your own bank before you release the item I don't see a problem... But I would ask him anyway... Could just be using a credit card as he hasn't got the cash. I

Dont do it. Little Joe was selling his bike. The guy wanted to go through paypal, pay a deposit, working away, out the country, blah blah blah... If he wanted it, he would have paid it straight away with paypal. Even tried getting them to arrange transport out of the country...You should give it to me on tick....

I wouldnt go through PayPal they take a percentage out of the money I got 3.40 deducted on a £100 last week when selling a trailer plus ebay want a percentage aswell.so if it's worth a couple of grand they get a good cut.plus the buyer is protected for 3 months so I he decided it's not up to scratch he can claim his money back.

Here are the emails I was sent .......

Great! please consider it sold as i am willing to pay your full asking price because i need to buy it for my cousin asap, i have read through the advert and i'm totally satisfied with it,sadly i would not be able to come personally to collect due to my hearing loss and me being in wheelchair.

I would appreciate if you email me with more photos (if available) since i'm unable to see it in person.

I have a courier agent that would help me to pick it up at your preferred location after you have received your money and i'll pay you via PayPal today.

Where is the pick up location so that i can inform the courier agent about it now?

OK,That's perfect.I've contacted the mover so I'm waiting for their response. Meanwhile you can send me your PayPal email and registered name so that i can send the money and choose a good time for the pick up after payment has been received.Just to clarify, how much should i send into your PayPal account?Awaiting you reply shortly.

I'm sorry due to my health conditions I can only pay via PayPal as it is the only medium at which i can make Payment at the moment,i have limited access to cash and other payment methods and my bank details.

You can set up a PayPal account at www.paypal.com it's very easy to set up within few minutes.

Ok i can only make use my paypal account because have alot money in when i check my account balance for the transaction.Get back to me with paypal email account and registered name so that i will send the money instantly.
