Also, watch Robson Greens Northumberland on ITV or ITV player, might give you some ideas of what to do or where to go... Alnwick, bamburgh, Cheviots, Craster is famous for its kippers... Also Farne Islands for puffins but think depends on time of year and not sure about dogs lol If you get the weather while your up it'll be even better as beaches as lovely too...
