If so many of these females didn't get themselves p*ssed up, then this sort of rape wouldn't happen as often as it is purported to do. Now the rape of any woman or girl who is not drunk, definitely doesn't want it, but is pressured/forced into it: well, that's another thing entirely and the perpetrators deserve lengthy sentences and be forced to do hard labour for ever more. That's speaking as a female myself, and having worked many years in pubs/hotels, I've seen how alcohol diminishes responsibility and awareness to the extent that I believe those who are blind drunk deserve all they get if they can't even remain in control of themselves. It seems to be a national disease of the young these days, and what the hell is the point of this binge drinking anyway Rant over.

Got to be honest mate, I think there's a massive difference in doing what you've got to do in a pub ruck when you're up against it, and waiting it a girls asleep, pissed out of her mind, and shagging her whilst your mates filming it.

Fuking rapist full stop A BEAST!! I wouldn't have got involved if I was in his boots but then I consider myself a decent guy. So when when older if this also happens to my daughter because she got a bit too drunk it will be her own fault? f**k of. It having that one! A decent guy would have seen the girl home safely but sadly she was in the presance of a predator!!

I'm afraid mate a few old fashiond values are lacking in a lot of people, this is seen as being cool amongst his mates I guess,

But girls are at times the worst drunks to be around, some love the aggro, and some are just dirty slags, no one deserves to be raped though!!

everybody hates rape and feels for the victim but id also like to see lying women who say they was but wansnt locked up as it can destroy a person.. as for ched he got caught and did some time, not enough but theres bigger crims than him walking our sad streets.

She was staggering home mortal drunk,she hadnt been in there company or even knew any of them until the Footballer in the taxi stopped to "help" her . Didnt one of the Hotel workers inform the authorities because they were concerned for her ? The fact they sneaked out of a back door rather than leave through the front of the Hotel the way they came in speaks volumes .

For what it's worth, I have read all the alleged accounts of what happened and there seems to be different stories for each account. The fact of the matter, as has been previously stated, he was found guilty of rape.

 

When i was younger it was not unheard of to wake up, thinking where the hell am I, and did I really do that? I am sure a few that I have woken up with have said the same thing to themselves. But, does the fact that we both shit faced and can't remember make it alright? Cos if not, there are a hell lot of rapists out there.

It's great that all you guys are so defensive and protective of women in general, and of course he shouldn't have taken advantage of her like that, but your attitude implies that the man must always be in control of himself whilst a woman can lay there legs open, too pissed to do anything and he must not take advantage of that, never mind if he's almost as drunk/drugged as she is. Double standards there IMO.
