My knee is giving me sever jip these days.willing to try anything except painkillers.knock f**k out of me. I had an uncle when i was a kid who wore one of the copper ones.but as i remember it left his wrist all green. dont mind paying a wee bit for a decent one if they work. Malt 379 Posted February 6, 2014 Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 Sure one of the lads (I forget his name now!) will pop up and pooh-pooh it and put it up there with witchcraft but I know plenty of tradesmen who swear by them. I also wore one myself for a time when plastering, it did seem to help. Whether or not it really works or has a placebo effect I can't say.. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
