satan80 358
Horrendous. The lady that's died is the auntie of a teenage lad i work with closely and mentor, he's distraught as are the entire family. From what he's told me the dogs were loved family pets with no history of aggression. Apparently the woman had an epileptic fit which somehow led to the attack. Sad, sad news. Very sad, If like say she had a fit its a tragic accident and no more. It's not unknown for a epileptic fit to trigger reactions like this. I am sure the media will 'spin' the hell out of it. Condolences to the lad you work with, it must be terrible.

As it goes i've seen dogs go for someone having a epilectic fit,i used to live as a hippy traveller(for want of a better word)and a lad on site had a fit once and a few dogs around seemed to zoom in on him and if folks hadn't of been around it would have been along the lines of this story. Will add non of the said dogs were aggressive normaly in any way and the fit sure unlocked something in those pets. Sad story for sure and RIP the lady and soon to be those dogs.
forest of dean redneck 12,023
After seeing someone have a fit could think of it being similar to a wounded animal, and triggers a primeval instinct in dogs, People need to remember they are animals not surrogate humans. Rip young lady.
Accip74 7,112
A girl I knew who was earning money from dog walking, was attacked by the the 2 dobermans she was walking........it was her tripping over that sparked them off, luckily someone helped her, but only after being attacked for several minutes..... She told me she thought she would die there.... RIP for that lady, a truly horific way to go.
air gun ant 1,666
very very sad, my thought to family and the young lad satan80 works with. RIP
satan80 358
cheers all, it's pretty difficult to know what to say to the lad, just a tragic accident and senseless accident. When i saw him yesterday at hospital and he described the poor woman's injuries it really brought home what dogs, especially some big powerful animals that many of us on here keep, are capable of. Just a shocking situation

Rip young lady. Have to say due to living on big sites with lots of dogs and them having to sort their pecking order and i've seen some big old dog fights with 20+ dogs going for it big time and also seeing people having the same and the dogs joining in but never have i seen any dog change like those ones did that day and if any member of my family were prone to fits i wouldn't keep dogs of any sort after seeing that that day.. Very sad old do Satan for sure and thoughts with them all..
forest of dean redneck 12,023
You ever mix with the horse drawn Beltane crowd fireman? I heard their dogs were very territorial in camp.
