looks yummy fcukin love fish especially hot smoked then cooled in the fridge. tastes almost creamy lovely on toast. mackerel is my fav. heres a we recipe for yas. flaked smoked mackerel or salmon in a mixing bowl, add a finely diced and deseeded tomatoe then diced red onion and freshly chopped parsley a drizzle of olive oil ground black pepper and a pinch of salt, mix together gently then slice and toast fresh crusty bread and spoon the mix on the toast. it can also be used on crackers.

i must be the only posh git in a council estate lol . its similar to a recipe I seen rick stein make on the tv and when I tried it it was lovely.
