the_stig 6,614
i see what people are saying about the lurcher stickers being an obvious target for dog thieves but "keep hunting" and "scrap the act" imo should be on every hunters car window. if the big lurcher lads of thl are afraid to promote the sport we so passionately support what future is there for us? grow a pair of bollocks and have some pride and dont be ashamed of what we do. I have keep hunting stickers in welsh and english on my car and never had a problem (touch wood). ---had my van window put through a few year back ... fmwtc sticker ... you post grow a pair have some pride --then add touch wood Quote Link to post

I wish I was 20 again and didn't give a f**k too but some of us get older and actually get wiser, sometimes its not about growing a pair its about trying to go un-noticed these days. 7 Quote Link to post

I have keep hunting stickers in welsh and english on my car and never had a problem (touch wood). I had dogs stolen 2 and a half years ago, ive been stopped twice on the back roads walking my hound by travellers in the last month. ive been watched by the garda siocana up until recently... Im not stupid enough to make things easy for dog theives or an garda to keep tabs on me, everyone knew my old van, only a few folk are familiar with my new van and id like it to stay that way 1 Quote Link to post

Thousands of soldiers went "over the top" , but the sensible ones kept their heads below the parapet when not in action. Why paint a bullseye on yourself? 2 Quote Link to post
Phil Lloyd 10,739
The best way to avoid any problems is to be inconspicuous,...and as Inan so rightly says, this is not a war we can win. As hunters, we are not in a fair fight and the cards have been dealt unfairly,..and are heavily stacked against us.. Nothing will ever stop a hunting man from hunting,..FACT...but ya gotta be sensible.... Edited May 26, 2013 by Phil Lloyd 1 Quote Link to post
