I enjoy it Chalkie :-) infact it's got to the point where I take two lol..I also fire a wee digital one in my pocket...plenty of places up in the Lakes to keep me going until I pop my clogs that's for sure...I would like one of them fancy lenses you guys have but I'm a clumsy fecker,I'd jump in the bloody lake and kill myself if I knackered one of those expensive jobs lol

They will get their chance Captain...make or break em lol but I'm trying to give them the best chance I can by giving them a decent education...something I never got haha

I'm past the auto stage Chalkie lol..I've got more magazines etc to do with photography and honestly it might aswell be in fecking Chinese...just hold you finger on the button and hope for the best ...well that's my method :-) all this iso,av,wb means what lol? Like you say whatever lens I use makes little odds because I can't use the bloody camera :-(

Your lurchers are stunning looking dogs and Ennerdale is lovely and wild.

My wife is from down there and anytime I am down always take the lab for a good walk and swim. Your right about the water my lab was swimming in the burn flowing into the lake the last time and the water was so clear she was picking stones off the bottom.

 

I'll look out for you the next time I'm there
