she was 8 years old. it happened so quick that she didnt suffer at all thank god. and im not offended, everyone has their own way of dealing with it. thanks for your comments lads.

Bad craic,lost a dog or two myself over the years and it fecking sickens you and at the time you often think f**k it your gonna call it a day ...BUT what Tictac says in reality is the truth,nothing is gonna fetch the old dog back...when you were learning to ride a bike and fell off I bet your parents told you to get straight back on? ..,do the equivilant here matey and make enquiries to find a suitable replacement...trust me on this it IS the way to go although just now you may think otherwise?
