Does anyone remember some of this..

Does anyone from the South West remember Gus Hunnybun - or worse, did your parents/grandparents send in a birthday card for him to read out for you :icon_eek:

Gus Hunnybun's magic birthdays! :D I remember that that, probably because we could get a better picture if we pointed the aerial out across the water towards Devon! :laugh:

I can't believe I forgot about this and I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it but round here in he 80's and 90's there was always packs of STRAY DOGS! LOL!

Dubbed tv shows like Robinson Crusoe or heide anyone remember them?

Ahh mate you just reminded me of the dubbed RoboCop!

 

When the bloke with the beard is robbing the off licence and he says "f**k me! f**k me! f**k me!" As he's shooting at RoboCop they changed it to "why me! Why me! Why me!" :rofl: proper cheap lol.

Or when Gerry Adams was shown on TV and they didn't broadcast his voice and had an actor read out what he said instead. Then they changed their minds and allowed his voice to be broadcast after years of dubbing him out.

A friend of mine has the surname Honeyburne, and has called her dog Gus - cracks me up, and she can't understand why !
