Do you use finings or turbo clear to clear your wine , or just rack off until clear ? That looks great , what % is it ?

Thanks …. 😊.I used this , it’s the first time I’ve used this and was very impressed , three days to clear .. between 11-12%

Not sure mate .I grew them for the missus to go in her salads , but put them in later than toms ,cucumbers,lettuce 🙄… was thinking of stuffing one with mince meat maybe but dunno …. Small ones I’ll do as garlic and herb cheese and bacon poppers same as some jalapeños I’ll pick tomorrow …

Sounds nice FD. I don't grow them anymore as they always come late, Wifey loves them so maybe I'll put some seed in January see if I can get them to ripen earlier.

Charts has shown ripe ones in august I believe,and he’s much further north , so I’m thinking being southwest should be able to harvest the same time  if not earlier  These were very small plants from the garden centre in June that the missus bought over . I’ve saved the seeds from all of them to try my own plants  early next year .
