paulus 26 Posted November 19, 2012 Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 It is not a nuclear war you need to be worried about it is a financial collapse that is going to get us ,,the bankers are not going to stop wrecking this country until they get there last bonus out of joe public....I would hang them and there Oxford and Cambridge educated offspring or put them against a wall.......and don,t expect the government to help you out as the bankers have them in there pocket already......or went to school with them or are married into there family's.....we are in an end game,,run by thieves 100%. The pillaging neighbours, the breakdown in services leading to death and disease. Thank feck I studied at Birmingham Uni rather than an Oxbridge college! ......you missed the point ,,,there is a reason you went to Birmingham uni and not Oxford or Cambridge ....and sadly it is because you are most likely not a thieve or a child of one.....and just because people go to uni it does not make them intelligent or educated in my book....I have learned to be wary of uni educated people in my business......a hell of a lot of self entitlement and over inflated ego,s........and also never on time for a business meeting....give me a comprehensive kid anyday. scothunter 12,609 Posted November 22, 2012 Report Share Posted November 22, 2012 lol not everyone who goes to university is from the landed gentry or from thiefs.there plenty students who struggle and live in below the border line.is trying to better yourself and become educated a crime?to lump them all together is ridiculous.not all unis are like eton. some of the best ideas and leaders came from these universities. not saying comprehensive schools dont spawn the odd wee gem,cause they certainly do,but schools have become so big nowadays that its impossible to educate all of them properly.in my expierence most teachers have a wee pool of there favourite students and the rest just go through the motions.where in a smaller class size and a teacher who wants to do his job properly would nurture and encourage the ones who need it.instead there basically tossed aside and branded a lost cause. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

In business I've dealt with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, as well as education levels in the last 20 odd years and found an equal proportion of trustworthy folk, dodgy dealers and 'salt-of-the-earth' types.
