wyeman 1,289
Presupposing that the BBC are accurate with this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-20288624, are there any reasonably minded people on here who really believe that Coursing will ever be legalised again? JohnGalway 1,043
I said it long before, once the dirty work is done, you won't find a politician to undo it.

paulus 26
never.but i see it getting more popular.especially with all the job losses and cuts. the more popular it gets the less chance of it ever coming back, once something is made illegal it becomes attractive to the less law abiding elements of society and so the ban becomes more justified and the never ending circle continues or so the public are lead to believe by the media

chartpolski 27,471
Nail in the coffin ? It's way past that stage ! The funeral has been held, the wake is over, and the deceased, (legal coursing), is only a fond and distant memory !! If this injust law is ever overturned, it will probably be to allow lisenced fox hunts only ! Hare coursing as we knew it will never be legalised again. I'll fight to my dying breath to get it back, but my head over rules my heart and the days of the Waterloo Cup or the Forley are long gone and will never return ! I'm glad that I saw those days, but sad that the youth of today won't ... Cheers.
