If a bit of rain/snow or cold puts you off walking/running your dogs..then i'd be finding a new hobby pal

a good slat mill is for opening a dog up to build his wind and recovery time. use a leccy mill for endurance. the greyhound boys (so i'd say lurchers also) usally use leccy mills in conditioning. reme

In that case just get a slow electric mill then mate.....even the people type ones just board the sides up....like Yokel said a free running mill is for opening a dog right up and is a conditioning to

nothing beats walking and running round the fields no matter what the weather ...

it would be ok for getting a dog back in shape after an injury but thats all id use one for

Depends if its bearings or inline skate wheels.....and more importantly the condition of them........if the belt will only turn 1 or 2 revolutions from a firm push with the hand chances are they,re on there way out.................not sure how good it will be for a lurcher even if it was mint.
