SHOOTING DOG THIEVES

Recommended Posts

Yes they dont get prosecuted but they often are arrested and detained for some time even when it is obvious what happened.

Possibly so, however thats a little price and inconvenience to pay to reap some retribution. Thats the society we live in.

What about the scum that gets away unscaved?

i totally agree just think that couple down melton mobery should never have been arrested. We woak up one morning to find some scum had been in our house...wasnt bothered about the stuff they nicked but took months to get over.

So a good hiding down a country lane would have been a winner then, sometimes its better to know than not?

With the government backing the people that get burgled and stating that you can use whatever force you deem necessary to protect your home family and possessions would this then extend to your whole

if you catch them in your garden then drag them in the house then shoot them

Nice thought Socks but I reckon unless they are in your house and a threat to yours or your family's imidiate safety then you would be doing 25 behind the door mate

Last person that tryd to pinch out ov my shed got a saw leg i shot the lil prick with the nail gun and police never came then dont think they daft enuf to go to police and say " sum lad has just shot me with a nail coz i tryd to nick his quad" lol

certainly a tough one as protecting your self and protecting your property fall in to different categories,....as wrong as it may seem

it should be the same ,.....no matter what

if any thing the results of self defence has helped our argument on the matter .......

then you got your self defence whilst trying to protect your property..............the difference being your confronting them instead of them confronting you in your house ,........which the law wont see the same........

i would pat any man on the back for shooting a dog thief , .......thats personal shit.

id rather put a bullet in the dog than put a bullet into the person trying to take the dog.........

my family and me being with them is more important than doing time for a mutt tbh

but id happily do time if my family was at risk and i thought my actions would out weigh the consiquences

Just a thought, after that lad getting the jail for saying something. I hope the lads who post these threads and talking of blasting burglars with shotguns and rifles don't actually own guns.

I'm in the process of getting my shotgun certificate and if I'm ever woken in the night by an intruder with my Missus and daughter asleep in my house then I won't think twice about shooting him in the face.

If someone is prepared to enter another mans home to steal his hard earned property then he should know he is gambling with his life.

A police sergeant told me a few years ago, if someone breaks into your house and you want to do them then do it properly. A dead man can't talk. Plant a meat cleaver on him and say you feared for your life.

With the government backing the people that get burgled and stating that you can use whatever force you deem necessary to protect your home family and possessions would this then extend to your whole property including your garden ? And would this further extend to your dogs which are technically your property ? If so then I think dog thefts would take a dramatic fall if they knew they could be on the wrong end of a shotgun or rifle .............

Interesting

I'd say if the powers that be read that statement above you'll be lucky to get a BB gun. By saying that you've admitted intent to injure/kill somebody, in this day and age you no longer seem to be able to "hypothetically" say things. The internet is classed as the real world these days.
