The best tea ever

My favorit meal is Brisket done with onions in the slow cooker for 12 hours, with mash [cara's or king edwards being my spud of choice] cheap cuts of meat cooked long and slow, much more flavor than all the fancy cutts that cost the earth, buster.

Just finished some cracking sausages from Jimmys Farm with pepper and shallot home made relish, new potatoes with mint, garlic salt and butter

 

Now the obligatory big mug of strong tea with 3 sugars in the old white cafe mug !!

f**k me, you lot would make Colin and Justin look butch :D mince n tatties hunners of broon sauce, job done. If no c**t likes it, all the better, stovies for the fishing flask the next day and shephards pie for dinner. f*****g manly food :laugh:
