I much prefer a smaller dog for the rabbiting game, as long as its not too fragile...............

CG - Do you know which way round it was bred? A friend and I have often mused about collie x whippets, but you never see them around. Always imagined they might be a bit cloddy in 1st x? But that one looks racy enough!

Didnt think to ask, she should look quite racy when ive got her fit, introduced her to a ferret today, went quite well

To be honest mate, your 7/8 whippet 1/8 collie was partly what inspired us, she is a cracking looking dog.

That is the type of dog i want for a future worker CG. Someone with a collie x whippet wanted to use my whippet over her. Did not need another dog at the time so said no. Wish i had now, seem rarer than hens teeth :thumbs:
