undisputed 1,664
Ill end this if you like, its easy, one simple question to answer, only with a yes or no,no explanations or arguments, just yes or no,based on what we know from the quran. Was muhammed a nonce? Course even if you dont answer anybody reading this post would probably think "only a muslim couldnt answer that" i know it would be a straightforward yes for most people without any of the taqiyya getting in the way. Your choice. ps im an atheist, and socialist.
steveS.Yorks 161
And another thing genius,if no women are harmed or their unborn children arent harmed by them wearing burquas where did all the medical facts come from? Theres moves in Canada at the moment by a MUSLIM organisation to get the wearing of the burqua banned over there, partly because of equality laws but there real argument is the harm it causes to mother and child,i must have f*****g dreamnt it up I dont think saying "they dont wear it all the time" cuts it somehow? if you want it legislated against, that same legislation will be used against 'us' as well as 'them'. No Blan,im not that interested in banning the burqua, the answer is to re patriate the people who wear it and help them in their own countries, then when we genuinly help them instead of creating this mess called multiculturalism maybe the world will becaome a better place? steveS.Yorks 161
Typical muslim response on the net,say a lot without saying anything I dont think repeating a post qualifies as an answer somehow does it? When any muslim defender is hard up for a straighforwrd answer or stuck on something they cant answer the easiest and completely expected thing to do is try and turn the debate into a personal slanging match, anything to deflect the focus on islam/muslims,im not interested in personal insults undie, done it a bit for the crack but i would prefer some answers that dont include "your momma" type bullshit. Did you know muhammed would let babies suck his tongue,it was thought sucking the [so called] prophets tongue had a calming effect on babies,i rekon he got something out of it,he also indulged in "thighing with Aisha, well before she was 9,at bath times apparently,i think the yes or no answer is getting easier. Attack Fell Terrier 864
if you want it legislated against, that same legislation will be used against 'us' as well as 'them'. Blan I agree 100%. Taking the right from anyone to wear what they want is a seriously bad thing for us all if it were to be brought into law and besides that, banning the Burka wont make Muslim women any less Muslim! They'll still have the same beliefs, they'll still believe in the same garbage that they've had their minds poisoned with, so what's the point? All religion is a load of old b*llocks IMO, and their shouldn't be any laws made in a modern civilised country based on any religious principles. Shut down all places of worship, and open them back up as Museums that will educate people properly on what that religion was really all about. If anyone wants to be religious then waste your own time practising your religion at home.

Malt 379
Was muhammed a nonce? Just want to pick up on this one, not entering the debate on either side besides.. Back in AD600 human life expectancy was on average probably something less than half of what it is today, as it had been for 99% of human existence. Our extended lives are a relatively modern development brought about by improved medicine & sanitary conditions. This is in evidence by the way our teeth and weight bearing joints often wear out long before we're ready to pop our clogs. Our knowledge has enabled us to extend our lifetimes far past the ones that we naturally evolved to live too. 1500 odd years ago it was perfectly acceptable for humans to start breeding as soon as they were sexually mature, as it has been since long before we came down from the trees and started walking upright. With all the disease & early death in abundance, people simply couldn't afford to wait until a certain age to start passing on their genes to the next generation - and lets not forget, that's what sex is really all about. So just to sum up: Mohammed could rightly be classed as a Peado if he were alive today & judged by today's standards, but IMO it's a bit of a stretch to apply today's standards to someone who lived so far back into the past JMO. I'm not defending him or what he did Mack, far from it. I just don't like the whole act of looking back into the past and judging people who lived there by today's standards.
