Yep I have put a lot mor time in this week as i had a car crash so no work he's becoming very steady now he's maturing a bit , just got to crack his socialising with staffy type dogs as he ain't into them should have that sorted next two days then I can let him go more round here without worrying , thanks Quote Link to post

Jamie m 668 Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 cracking thread good to see,the real whipps ,beddy and bull was introduced through the lines back in the 50s 60sand later thanthat .i had the privelige to see some of the greats run 50yds from my door was the track .Also our family had some decent dogs .tommy bullocks bilkorunning yds behind scratch brill animalgood has gold rhinegold wishewas blue boy brings back memories .stringing up first thing saturday mornings evening racing wed.then of course the lure straight racing came later .some phenomenal dogs have been produced by the people of times gone by.seen dogs killing hares 2s 3s in padocks regular,we used to travel down to measham and all over bend racing seen fanchie run had ablue pup out of him ,made a great rabbit and knocked hares over aswell great feet never a muscle or bone injury ,caught the wire now and again brill little animal.swift hawk bilkos sire mossfield margaret blue peter reminiscing fabulous dogs .all the best folks bunnys A cracking thread thanks to all for the old articles and input , just Reading this post about the adition of bull blood way back that wouldn't of hapens to of been English bull terrier would it ???? Cheers j YEAH optimus has indian joe and casino non ped grew,s in his sal/grey dog,s breeding,,,,,ive had many photo,s off optimus pre ban & shot and retrived, ( long ears / charlie / bambie ) of his dogs over the years , he likes dogs with wind and dogs to punch up the gears when needed,or push the last gear if game near escaping ,,,never seen any rabbit photo,s thou ,,,its not his game ( i,e shooting ) i think 1st two in photo, have the grews in breeding unsure about 3rd Quote Link to post
